Prime location near Duomo, cozy common areas, spotless cleanliness

How about a better bathroom design instead of a cramped bidet taking all the space? !!! Plus, those noisy streets completely ruin any chances of a good night's sleep!!! Improvements are needed on Wi-Fi reliability!!!

This was a great fit for a quick weekend visit in Florence with all in all brilliant value for money. The computer in the common area was super handy for accessing the internet at a reasonable rate. Make sure to ask for recommendations on nearby restaurants for a better dining experience.

A fantastic location, just a block from the main cathedral, made it easy to explore the area on foot. Breakfast featured homemade jams that were a delightful touch, and the café downstairs served excellent American plates early each morning. Service was exceptional. the staff went out of their way to help us with reservations at a nearby restaurant. However, the room felt a bit cramped, and some noise from the street could be heard occasionally. Additionally, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, focusing mainly on pastries rather than heartier options.
